You can export a movie in a specific file format so you can use the movie in
other programs. Flash can export a movie in a variety of file formats, such
as the Animated Gif, EPS and Adobe Illustrator file formats.
(Note: When you export a movie, interactive elements, such as buttons and
actions, may not export properly, so check carefully.)

Follow these easy steps:
- Click File > Export Movie, and the Export Movie dialog box appears.
- Type a Name for the file that will contain your exported movie.
You'll need to pick a location to store this file as well in this step.
- Select the format you want to use for the file by clicking the
drop-down selector to display the available file formats. For example, Flash
.swf, Windows .avi, Quick Time .mov, and a whole bunch
of graphic formats as well, such as .jpg, .gif, and .png.
- Click Save to save the file. (An additional dialog box might
appear depending upon which file format you chose to save your movie file.
)
- Click OK to accept the default settings Flash provides and export
the movie in the file format you specified.
